David G. Bray is a shareholder at Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A.  Mr. Bray sometimes describes himself as a “business divorce” lawyer. His practice is concentrated on non-compete, anti-piracy, and trade secret litigation, representing both large and small businesses as well as individual employees and entrepreneurs. Mr. Bray has more than twelve years of experience in drafting and negotiating non-compete and anti-piracy agreements in both the employment and the sale of business contexts. Mr. Bray has represented clients involved in non-compete and trade secret disputes in scores of temporary restraining order hearings, preliminary injunction hearings, bench trials, and jury trials.

Mr. Bray is the author of “Drafting Enforceable Covenants Not To Compete,” published in the February 1996 issue of the Arizona Attorney and is a contributor to the Arizona Chamber of Commerce’s “Arizona and Federal Employment Law: An Employer’s Guide.” Mr. Bray is also a frequent speaker on the subjects of non-compete and anti-piracy agreements.
